Since 2008.

What did you get up to before?
I was working as a butcher in Birkenhead market

What do you love about Edges?
there are always new things to learn- we are kept very busy and a great atmosphere in the team

What do you enjoy most about the Edge experience?
the thing I enjoy most is that we do every aspect of butchery and I like the team

What are your hobbies?
Socialising, football, rugby

If you weren’t a butcher, what would you like to do?
PE teacher or rugby professional
