Since 1963!

What did you get up to before?
I was at school and then became a slaughterman.

Why do you love about working at Edges?
Camaraderie and the team.

What do you enjoy most about the Edge experience?
I am a perfectionist and Edges is a place where I can make the most of this trait. I am very proud to be responsible for the quality of the slaughtering process and enjoy seeing the young upstarts learn the trade!

What are your hobbies?
I am a drummer in a band, and I love a pint!

If you weren’t a butcher, what would you like to do?
A Game Warden.
