We make all our own sausages to our family recipes. These include traditional pork and chipolatas to pork & apple and beef and chilli.
Bacon
Our bacon is cured by using cures that have been in the family for generations. We supply green and smoked bacon. |
 Preserves and chutneys
We make a range of preserves, sauces and pickles to complement our meat and poultry.
We also stock quality meat rubs and other recipe ingredients.
