We stock over 20 types of sausage, which we make ourselves. The original recipe we call our “1844 sausage” is still one of our most popular. All our sausages are made from our rare breed stock and include natural ingredients. You really can taste the difference and eat all our products with the confidence that there is nothing contained in them, which we wouldn’t eat ourselves before the making process!
