Since 1998.

What did you get up to before?
I was at school.

Why do you love about working at Edges?
I enjoy being in the service industry and I love being part of the Edge team.

What do you enjoy most about the Edge experience?
I love the skill of butchery- it is an art form to me. I love producing perfectly prepared meat from the carcass and displaying it well. I really enjoy the customer service side of the business and exceeding the expectations of some very discerning cooks and chefs.

What are your hobbies?
Football, music and fashion.

Football player.
